I mentally look back on this wedding often, remember the perfect fall day- with sunshine and a slight breeze, and the many sweet moments shared and captured. I wish I could go back in time and experience it again! Cody and Liz know how to gather a crowd, and have some of the best humans around in their lives. I loved photographing their wedding at the stunning Wilson’s Ciderhouse venue!!

Alex and Chuck have been together for many years, and decided that it was time to celebrate their relationship with a wedding and stepping into marriage! After a year of planning, this day came together like only a dream could. Summertime sprinkles of rain showered the couple with love, and they vowed yes to forever on the outdoor patio of Cedar Ridge Winery. Such a beautiful wedding day!
Iowa State in the spring- no better setting for senior photos!!
Check out Kathryn and Adam’s romantic fall engagement photos at Sugar Bottom in Iowa City, Iowa!

Shelby and Preston's wedding day at Riverside Bible Camp was an absolute dream! Shelby wanted things to keep with a simple, springtime feel, and I have to say that I'm slightly obsessed with ev.ery.thing. The girls and guys began their day getting ready at a hotel in Story City, making it easy for everyone to sleep in a little before the big day.
Lizy and Kyle's day left nothing to be desired! After waiting for years, they finally married in Lizy's home church (New Covenant Bible) in Cedar Rapids... just weeks before her graduation from Iowa State University! New name for graduation, how bout dat. ;)
Katie and Jackson's wedding day was beautiful, from start to finish. These two had been waiting for well over a year to get married--and excitement was in the air! Katie and the ladies were up early, happily getting ready at the home she grew up in, before heading over to the Celebration Farm!
Jackson and Katie's first look was so sweet--they wrote letters to each other and read them. I loved that! If any of my other couples want to do that...count me in! Also, it was a bit muggy and hazy from the wildfires happening in the country--but the clouds covered up the sun during the ceremony--which was so perfect. It made the heat more bearable for guests, and not squinting possible for the bridal party!
There is more I could share, but I'm going to just share the photos and let you enjoy this beautiful day for yourself!
