Casey and Alycia won my summer giveaway last year— which meant that we got to hang out one evening in late October, and take some beautiful fall pictures! I met Alycia through a mutual friend back when she was in undergrad school at UNI, and when I was at Hawkeye for photography. They were looking for an engagement photographer, and I just happened to be available. ;)
Fast forward... gosh... quite a few years now! and Alycia and I were both working at Iowa State. She in the Department of Residence, myself with college students in ministry. It was so fun to hit the peak of the central campus leaves. If you didn't know, Iowa State University showcases some incredible trees in the fall. In fact, I've talked with multiple college students who decided to attend ISU just because the campus is so gorgous!

Alycia and Casey remembered that one of their wedding photos was taken here, on this spot, at Beardshear Hall! So, of course, we had to recreate that and also take a few other photos there!
