I loved connecting with Jackie and Cody when we took their Embassy Club engagement photos and then wedding photos later that year. Now, they’ve fully settled into married life, and it was SO fun to get a message from Jackie asking about newborn photos this past spring. There is nothing like those first few sleep-deprived months of settling into family life with your first child, and I know it’s especially a big thing for moms to shower and put on makeup for photos… so these sessions really mean a lot to get to capture.
Everett was such a snuggle bug, and I loved that he gave me a few (gas) smiles!! The family dog (and as we all know, baby #1) even joined in on a couple pictures.Enjoy a few of my favorite photos from this cozy in-home newborn photo session.
