Senior photos are taken primarily June-November in Iowa. I love getting to see how each senior chooses to stylized their session, and make it unique! Katia decided to wear a formal dress for the first part of her senior pics, and then a still dressy yet street-style outfit for the second. Downtown DSM was the perfect location for both aesthetics, and we had a perfect evening (even with a short rainshower between sets)!
Katia and her family moved to Iowa from Ukraine. You’d never know the hardships they’ve faced, just by a short conversation! Katia is energetically pursing all that is available to her in her final year of high school, and has big dreams for the future. She loves movies, music, fashion and time with her friends. I’m so thankful for the mutual connection who brought Katia my direction for senior photos, and the lovely evening we had to capture this sweet gal!
